Tomorrow is a big day in CA...
Tomorrow is the day that the California Supreme Court will hear arguments on Proposition 8. They will then have 90 days to arrive at a decision.

Sending good thoughts for a positive outcome.

I read a brief news note earlier that claimed that by this time they have reviewed everything that was submitted and have for the most part made up their minds and have likely written the first drafts of their responses, and that the oral arguments may cause them to make some minor modifications to some parts of their response but rarely results in any major changes.

I alternate between being extremely hopeful and seriously anxious. The courts have let us down too many times for me to have any certainty that this will come out in our favor.
